LottoHoy.com is a website that offers users the opportunity to play international lotteries from their own homes.

This online lottery site means players from around the world can play some of the biggest and most popular national lotteries from other countries.

In this LottoHoy.com review, we’ll explore how the website works and how you can start playing.

How LottoHoy.com Works

LottoHoy operates as a lottery agent, which means they are not associated with the official lotto organizations that run the draws.

Instead, they purchase lottery tickets on their customers’ behalf.

When a customer purchases a ticket, a LottoHoy.com staff member visits a local lottery ticket seller. He or she then buys a physical ticket with the exact numbers the customer selected.

If the numbers are winners, LottoHoy claims the prize on the customer’s behalf and credits their account.

Prizes over $2,500 may require the player’s personal appearance for collection. As such, a LottoHoy employee will contact customers who win more than $2,500 in a draw to inform them of the proceedings.

To purchase tickets online from LottoHoy.com, players must first sign up for an account.

This involves entering some personal information, including email address and country of residence. The player can then deposit money into their account and begin purchasing tickets.

The process of buying tickets is similar to selecting lines for any real lotto. Players either manually choose their numbers or choose the quick pick option, select how many lines they want and proceed to checkout.

One good thing about LottoHoy is that there are no minimum line purchase requirements. As a result, players can choose a single line at a low cost. The maximum number of lines allowed per ticket is 25.

Unfortunately, the website does not offer subscription or syndicate play.

However, at the time of this writing, the FAQ page states that syndicate features are in development.

Ease of Use

LottoHoy.com is easy to use, with a very intuitive and straightforward design.

Visitors will see the most popular available supported lotteries right on the homepage. To make things easy, the current jackpot and countdown to the next draw are clearly on display.

Players can also click through to the “Powerball,” “Mega Millions,” “EuroMillions,” “EuroJackpot,” “All Lotteries,” “Results,” “Information,” “FAQ,” “News” and “Contact” pages from the navigation bar along the top of the screen.

A live chat pop-up also appears at the bottom-right of each page for quick access to customer support.

There is no mobile app currently available for Android or iOS.

However, users should have no issues browsing the website from their smartphone or tablet.

Promos

There are currently no bonuses or promos available to players. This is disappointing, as the best lottery sites in the business at the very least offer welcome promos to encourage new customers to sign up.

That said, it is worth mentioning that ticket prices at LottoHoy.com are some of the lowest you will find among all online lottery retailers

Payment & Withdrawal Options

Customers can deposit funds into their accounts using several popular payment methods.

These include credit cards, bank transfer, cryptocurrencies, Skrill, Neteller and Paysafecard. There is a minimum deposit amount of €10.

Players can withdraw their winnings by selecting the “Withdrawal” option in the “My Account” section of the website. Players can transfer funds to any of the payment methods they’ve used.

There are no fees taken by the website for smaller prizes; however, a 10% fee is taken off all prizes of $10,000 and over.

If a player is lucky enough to win big, that is a big chunk of money they’ll be giving back to the site. Considering most other sites don't do this, nothing about this seems fair to us.

Customer Support

Visitors who want more information about LottoHoy.com can visit the site’s FAQ page.

If they have more questions that are not answered there, they can reach out to the customer support team using the following methods:

  • Live chat, though hours of operation are unclear
  • Phone at +44 20 3514 2397
  • Contact form on the website
  • Email at support@LottoHoy.com
  • Mail at White Lotto Limited, 77A/2 Shenley Road, Borehamwood, WD6 1AG, UK

Is LottoHoy.com Legit?

Yes, LottoHoy is legit. The website is operated by White Lotto Limited, a company registered in the EU.

LottoHoy is owned by White Lotto BV, a Curacao-based company that owns multiple online lottery websites, including LottoMat and RedFoxLotto.

LottoHoy.com Review Final Verdict

LottoHoy.com is a simple website to use. It may not have an abundance of features, but it delivers on what users want: to play international lotteries online.

The lack of syndicates and subscriptions is disappointing, as is the 10% fee on large prize amounts.

However, the low ticket prices and proven experience in the industry make it a trustworthy and low-cost option.

If you are just getting started playing lottery online, it's worth a look, but just know that better options do exist.

Barry

I was gonna sign up with this site but reading this review and seeing the 10% deduction on prizes that $10K+ made me reconsider. Seems most other sites don't charge this, so I'll go with one of those instead.
